I agree to the Tuition & Fees policy.
All payments will be made in a timely manner (as per your agreed schedule).
REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued due to absence voluntarily or involuntarily, illness or otherwise.
TERMINATION: If a Bochur leaves in middle of the year, his parents should notify the Yeshiva one month in advance. Tuition will be due for the two months following his departure.
SCHEDULE: Payments may be split over ten payments, starting August 1, and final payment no later than June 1.
DUE: A credit card pre-authorization must be submitted with final tuition agreement, or post-dated checks delivered prior to entering the Yeshiva year.

NSF: There will be a $50.00 charge for all checks returned.
Student Visa

I understand
All foreign students must obtain a valid student visa (approx. $150CAD to be paid at border) when entering Canada. A student visa can be obtained at any Canadian border crossing by presenting a student letter from the school attended. For more information about study permit requirements please visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study.asp.

Mikvah & Rebbe Trips
I agree to attend and pay the Mikvah & Trip Fees
All Bochurim must pay the Mikvah Fees of $300 at the beginning of the year.
Additionally, there will be trips to the Rebbe. All Bochurim must join those trips and cover the bus costs as will be determined at the time.
Damage Waiver

I agree that if my son causes any damage to any of the Yeshiva property, my card will be charged for the repair. This will be determined at the sole discretion of the Hanhola.

Any and all valuables brought are the sole responsibility of the Bochur. Yeshiva is not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
